*Perform VMware administration such as VM provisioning, snapshots, monitoring, and maintenance
*Handle incident and service requests in line with defined SLAs
*Monitor system health and perform basic troubleshooting across infrastructure
*Manage patching, updates, and antivirus compliance for servers
*Support backup and restore activities for business continuity
*Maintain documentation and adhere to ITIL processes (incident, request, and change management)
