This role mainly focuses on editing videos across various formats such as reels, training highlights, performance ads, and founder content, while also providing design assistance for carousels, thumbnails, and lower thirds.
The candidate will work closely with the senior creative team and offer backup support during absences or increased workload periods.

Key Responsibilities Edit Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn videos for clients in the Pharma, BFSI, SaaS, and Healthcare sectors Edit content from founders and team members, including LinkedIn videos, podcast clips, and highlights from training sessions Incorporate captions, animated text, lower-thirds, and brand-aligned end frames into videos Adjust videos to meet platform specifications, such as aspect ratios, engaging hooks within the first 2 seconds, and retention pacing Edit case study videos, training session summaries, webinar highlights, and client testimonial videos Perform color grading, audio cleaning, and basic sound design for long-form videos Produce and reformat performance ads for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn across various aspect ratios and hook variations Refine ad creatives based on performance insights provided by the media team Design carousels, static social media posts, and advertising creatives in Figma when design workload exceeds capacity Create thumbnails, cover images, and motion graphics templates Support the senior creative’s design and video projects during absences or high-volume periods, including receiving briefs, delivering initial edits, and managing review cycles independently Organize raw footage, project files, and final exports within the company’s Drive structure Maintain a library of reusable templates, motion presets, and brand assets Qualifications 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing (agency, in-house brand, or content studio) Proficient in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve Experienced with CapCut for editing short-form videos Working knowledge of After Effects for creating titles, simple motion graphics, and basic keyframing Strong design skills in Figma and/or Canva, with the ability to create clean carousels, ad creatives, or thumbnails Thorough understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, color, and pacing in storytelling A showreel showcasing at least one short-form social video, one long-form edit, and 3–5 design projects Ability to view video and design as interconnected crafts, comfortably switching between Premiere and Figma within the same workday Capable of working quickly and managing same-day turnarounds for short-form content Receptive to feedback and able to iterate without ego Proactive in providing backup coverage by anticipating needs when the senior creative is unavailable Familiar with or eager to learn GenAI tools such as Runway, ElevenLabs, Descript, and Midjourney Patient with branded social content that is not solely cinematic or film-style Enjoys design work, as the role requires roughly equal focus on design and video during busy periods Capable of working independently without requiring detailed briefs for every task About the company We operate along two main lines: a creative-first digital performance agency (specializing in growth, performance, and branding) and corporate training with capability-building.
