Project Role Description : Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Your typical day will involve translating design concepts into prototype solutions swiftly and tangibly, while maintaining a balanced understanding of technical feasibility and design intent. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the user experience is not only functional but also engaging and intuitive, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative ideas and solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience principles.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to conduct usability testing and gather user feedback effectively.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
