Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and iterating on design solutions that enhance usability and accessibility. You will also engage in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and ensure that the user experience aligns with business goals and user expectations. Your role will require you to balance user needs with technical feasibility, ensuring that the final product is both functional and delightful for users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and refine design concepts.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design, Visual Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Visual Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Experience in conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback to inform design decisions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based in Pune.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
