THIS IS YOUR ROLE Key Responsibilities Assist in testing of MV panels as per IEC / IS standards and internal quality guidelines. Support in basic troubleshooting during testing under supervision. Read and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and electrical schematics . Learn about electrical protection systems and relays . Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices during testing activities. Support team in preparing panels for customer inspections and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) . Work with senior engineers to ensure quality and timely dispatch of panels. Participate in continuous improvement (LEAN practices) and suggest ideas. Eligibility Criteria Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs). Basic understanding of power systems / switchgear preferred. Strong interest in manufacturing / testing roles .
