As a Test Automation Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will utilize quality processes and automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running the end-to-end quality engineering function, focusing on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in the testing process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the highest quality standards are met, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or JUnit.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
