Responsibilities • The Automation Tester is responsible for using the right Automation framework for the application and responsible for defining and driving innovative automated testing strategies and toolsets into our or overall development processes that support and enhance the current Quality Assurance processes • Conduct automated (and manual tests where necessary) to ensure the software created is fit for purpose • Identify and conduct end-to-end (E2E) testing across various application boundaries, ensuring seamless integration and robust functionality. • Automate end-to-end user scenarios using BDD approach • Plan and execute performance testing to evaluate system stability, responsiveness, and efficiency under different load conditions. • Implement security testing practices to safeguard application integrity, ensuring adherence to industry security standards. • Work as part of cross-functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery • Be meticulous about documentation and maintain a robust log of all test cases and test results • Ensure that all tests are executed and give regular feedback to the team on the status of quality • Work closely with the software engineering team, Product Management and Technical Operations as well as business users as required Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent Required Skills & Experience: • 5-8 years in automation testing, with significant experience in Playwright, Robot Framework, Cucumber, Gherkin and exposure on Healthcare Domain • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and techniques (JMeter) • Solid understanding of security testing practices to detect vulnerabilities • API Testing using Postman. • Strong working knowledge of testing fundamentals such as TDD & BDD • Optimize test automation scripts, reduce test-cycle time and increase product reliability • Establish automation goals for new and existing features • Experience in testing scalable and complex cloud-based applications, preferably on AWS • Must have experience in understanding the user requirements, developing test cases, automation scripts, performing testing, debugging the automation code, and providing comprehensive reports. • Review and contribute to requirements analysis and agile story grooming to ensure testability • Experience on improving test automation coverage • Should have exposure to Collaboration Tools like Azure Devops
