FIS Securities Processing Manager (Phase 3)is a global, real-time order-to-settlement securities processing solution, offering a single, global platform that can manage multiple products,currenciesand businesses in real-time. It provides real-time balances and positions as trades are processed throughout the day. This gives operations staff an up-to-date picture of the firm orbusiness’sposition and therefore helps to mitigate risk.

Automation ofEnd to EndBusiness Flows including requirement analysis and test plan design, test data preparation with wide coverage of functionalities, performance testing, general QA activities which includes defect reporting and tracking, communicating with stakeholders regularly,identifyopportunities for innovation and AI adaption to improve productivity and accelerate automation regression

In this position you will be working asSoftwareTest Analystandcreatingendto endautomationsolution. As an individual contributor you will:

• Automationof End toEnd to End Business Flows including requirement analysis and test plan design, test data preparation with wide coverage of functionalities, performance testing, general QA activities which includes defect reporting and tracking, communicating with stakeholders regularly, identify opportunities for innovation and AI adaption to improve productivity and accelerate automation regression

  
  

• Workwithin the team as well asworkingwithvarious stakeholders includingclients,global teams geographicallylocatedin different regions 

  
  

• Build an understanding of the product on a technical and functional level, understand the context of our clients,participatein solution design, drive testing activities, and deliver solutions that address the business needs

  
  

• Work with the Business Analyst and Solution Architectas well as with experienced people inteamto understand projects requirements,identifyrequirement gaps, functional risks so that these can be addressed early in the process. 

  
  

• Evaluate test data and/or engineer test data to be used throughout the software development life cycle

  
  

• Drive all phases of test execution and documentation includingfunctional, regression, performance, usability,integrationand acceptance testing.

  
  

• Work closely withother team members likeDevelopers, BAsinateam to ensurebetter turnaround forissue resolution and changeimplementation

  
  

• Implement processes to improvise quality of deliverables,createandmaintainrepository of documents and train and guide junior team members

  
  

• Ensure quality of newly build or enhanced features andregression test to make sure nothing is broken

  
  

• Automation of redundant manual tasks using innovative ideas

  
  

What you bring:  

Technical Experience –

• Hands on experienceinUI as well as API Automation using Java Selenium, good understanding of automation framework design

  
  

• Hands on experienceofAIadaptationto accelerate automation

  
  

• Hands onexperience in functional testingandthorough understanding ofindustry wideQA processes 

  
  

• Basic understanding ofPerformance Testing usingJMeter

  
  

• Knowledge of methods, tools and technology used in software testing–Jira, test case management tool, version control tool like bitbucket

  
  

• Knowledge of capital marketsdomain, financial software 

  
  

• Understanding ofUNIX/Linux commandsand scripting.

  
  

• Hands on experience in SQL, PL/SQLand creating SQLs to pull data from multiple tables using joins

  
  

• Knowledge of SCRUM and experience in workingsprintsisadvantage

  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  
  

• Ability to meet deadlines,goalsandobjectiveswithin assigned time.

  
  

• Basic knowledge ofCI and CD tools like Jenkins/Team City and GIT.

  
  

• Knowledge of any scripting language like Python,Groovy,VB Script is added advantage

  
  

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

  
  

• Preferred tohave:understanding of COBOL, with experience working on Tandem (HPNonStop) systems for validating backend/legacy application flows. Working knowledge of Tandem COBOL programming, including code analysis and troubleshooting.
