Sr. Manager - Technology Outsourcing

Location: Pune, India

Reporting Line: Global Head of Technology Assurance

Role Purpose:

The Head of Technology Outsourcing provides strategic leadership and vision for Apex Group’s global technology outsourcing function. This role is accountable for developing and executing enterprise-wide outsourcing strategies that drive innovation, resilience, and regulatory compliance, while optimizing cost and value. Will lead the transformation initiatives across regions and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute the global technology outsourcing strategy in alignment with Apex’s business goals.

  
  

• Lead governance, risk management, and regulatory assurance for all outsourcing arrangements.

  
  

• Oversee multi-region, multi-vendor relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and strategic value.

  
  

• Drive digital transformation and innovation through strategic outsourcing partnerships.

  
  

• Represent the outsourcing function at executive and board meetings.

  
  

• Mentor and develop senior managers and leads within the outsourcing team.

  
  

• Own commercial negotiations, budgeting, and vendor partnerships.

  
  

• Set and monitor KPIs for strategic value, resilience, and cost optimization.

  
  

• Champion continuous improvement and best practices across the enterprise.

  
  

• Execute delegated tasks as deemed appropriate by the Group CISO and other empowered Group Cyber leadership authorities, ensuring timely and effective completion in alignment with organizational priorities.

  
  

• Support the Group Cyber Strategy end-to-end, driving alignment of all activities, decisions, and deliverables with strategic objectives and business outcomes.

  
  

Skills & Experience:

• 5 -6 years in technology outsourcing, including global leadership roles.

  
  

• Proven success in strategic vendor management, transformation, and regulatory engagement.

  
  

• Expertise in risk, compliance, and assurance frameworks (ISO, NIST, ITIL, etc.).

  
  

• Experience influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.

  
  

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

  
  

• Change management and organizational development capabilities.
