About The Role 

Global Business Management Hydrogenation & Specialty Catalysts, we are promoting and selling catalysts based on a profound market research. We are developing and advertising new products to drive sustainable innovations together with our customers.

How Will You Do It

Business Development and Technical Leadership

• Lead the technical development of customer proposals, including process and design concepts, performance calculations, and warranty considerations.

• Identify new industry trends, represent the technical value proposition in business development activities, customer discussions, and external presentations.

Business Execution and Technical Service

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting start-up activities, monitoring operating data, and delivering training related to catalyst performance.

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers on catalyst / performance questions, operational issues, and troubleshooting.

Technical Expertise and Product Ownership

• Act as the technical owner for the assigned catalyst and technology portfolio.
• Maintain deep technical expertise in product performance, applications, and limitations to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead market/Customer driven continuous innovation, optimization, and product differentiation in collaboration with research and development teams.

Cross-Functional Interface Management

• Collaborate closely with Research and Development, Marketing, Regional Sales, and Production/Operations to align technical and business priorities.
• Translate market and customer needs into technical requirements and actionable development priorities.
  

What We  Look For 

• Education: preferred PhD in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Master in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
• Working Experience: Min. 5 years of technical experience in the field of chemical catalysts and processes, sound understanding of chemical reactions and processes
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Experience with customer interaction; Good communication skills, team player able to work across organizational boundaries
• Innovative and solution-oriented mindset to drive and implement creative, out-of-the-box ideas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills (including English).
• Strong change management, interpersonal skills, and deep organizational awareness.
• Strong project steering and management.
