We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Engineer with strong expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and Big Data platforms .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and designing robust data solutions.
This role requires hands-on experience in modern DevOps practices, distributed systems, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities DevOps & CI/CD Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitOps, and similar technologies Automate software delivery processes to improve efficiency and reduce deployment risks Ensure smooth integration and continuous deployment across environments Containerization & Orchestration Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance of containerized workloads Infrastructure Management Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools Manage cloud/on-prem infrastructure with a focus on scalability and reliability Big Data & Distributed Systems Architect and implement Big Data solutions using Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or related technologies Design and manage distributed data systems for high-performance data processing and storage Monitoring & Optimization Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability Collaboration Work closely with development, operations, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Participate in design discussions and provide technical insights Security & Compliance Ensure infrastructure and applications follow security best practices Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitOps, etc.
) Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (preferred) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in banking or financial services domain Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
