About your role
An M365 Process Automation Lead with strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 stack—.NET/C#, Azure App Services, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and SharePoint Online/SPFx—is required to work alongside an existing development team in India and coordinate with Business teams in the UK to deliver cloud migration and modernization of CAW applications onto the Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms. This is a high-growth area within Fidelity, and several new M365 and Azure services will be introduced & onboarded in the coming year.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Design, build, and deploy process automation solutions using .net. C#, react JS, SharePoint Online, Power Automate and Logic Apps.
• Develop Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate flows for workflow automation and orchestration.
• Implement SharePoint Online solutions, including SPFx web parts/extensions, modern pages, lists/libraries, and integration with Microsoft Graph.
• Analyse business requirements and design scalable, secure, and high-performing automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications leveraging Microsoft 365 stack:
  • .NET/C#, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • SharePoint Online and SPFx
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Build connectors/integration patterns across Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure services, and external APIs for seamless data flow.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform or Bicep preferred) for repeatable environment provisioning.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions/Jenkins/Azure DevOps); automate build, test, and deployment for M365/Azure workloads.
• Apply secure coding practices, role-based access, secrets management (Key Vault), and compliance guardrails.
• Nice to have exposure on PowerShell
• Should have good Experience in working with Scrum, agile model.

Experience and Qualifications
       BE / B-Tech / MCA
       6-8 Years of relevant process automation development experience using M365 suite
 

Essential Skills
 

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end application design and delivery on the Microsoft 365 and Azure stack.
• Hands‑on experience with M365 Copilot built‑in agents, M365 Copilot Agent Builder, and SharePoint Agents, with the ability to customize, extend, & integrate them in enterprise scenarios.
• Integration expertise with enterprise systems using PowerApps, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, Custom connectors
• Understanding of Azure services (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Functions, Cognitive Services, API Management) to extend or augment AI agent capabilities.
• Strong expertise in business process automation and integration across M365 services using various workflow automation tools available OOTB
• Knowledge of enterprise‑grade security: identity (AAD), role‑based access, data privacy, environment separation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in building solutions that are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collaboration with UK teams.
• Cloud Security & Resiliency: Understanding of best practices for secure and resilient cloud applications.
• Should have good knowledge of REST API framework
• Expert on REACT JS, jQuery, HTML5/CSS3, AngularJS, Bootstrap
• Version Control: Strong experience with Git and branching strategies.

• Basic essential understanding of infrastructure landscape databases, webservers (IIS preferably) etc.
