SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


As a Technical Service Engineer – Powder Segment, you play a critical role in supporting sales success by delivering expert technical advice, hands-on service support, and reliable solutions to customers. From handling technical documentation and customer complaints to conducting impactful product trainings using global standards, you ensure products are applied correctly and perform at their best.
This position based at Ahmedabad and reporting to the Manager Technical Services & Support.

Role Responsibility: -


  • Support the sales team by preparing clear technical documents, specifications, and procedures to ensure the right products and solutions are used for each project.


  • Investigate customer complaints through site visits when needed, work with quality and product teams to find root causes, and provide practical, well‑documented solutions.


  • Participate in project and kick‑off meetings to understand requirements, identify risks early, and support smooth and safe project execution.


  • Share learnings from technical cases by documenting solutions and preventive actions to reduce repeat issues and improve overall performance.


  • Contribute to sales growth by helping introduce products to new customers and promote new solutions to existing ones in collaboration with the sales team.


  • Conduct audits, training, and improvement programs at customer sites, support product trials, and guide colleagues to build strong technical capability.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.


  • More than 3 years of relevant experience within a similar industry.
