Technical Program Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to define program scope, milestones, and success metrics
• Drive delivery of data platform, cloud, and customer-facing technology initiatives
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
• Facilitate clear communication and executive reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes
• Improve operational efficiency by implementing best practices for program governance, Agile execution, and delivery tracking
• Coordinate vendor and partner engagements where applicable
• Ensure alignment with Experian’s regulatory, security, and compliance requirements

What You Know:

• Proven track record of delivering complex, distributed systems or data-driven platforms at scale
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), APIs, microservices, and data engineering concepts
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions

• Experience in financial services, credit bureaus, fintech, or data/analytics-driven companies
• Experience managing global teams and offshore/onshore delivery models
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles
