Summary
Design, configure, and deliver enterprise SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions by combining strong HR domain expertise with AI assisted delivery and integration practices. The role focuses on accelerating implementation, improving data quality and user experience, and embedding pre built AI and automation capabilities into core HR processes—without building or training AI models.
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise HR Core Delivery
Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions aligned with global HR processes and policies.
Translate business and HR requirements into scalable EC configurations covering core employee data, organizational structures, and workflows.
Support full lifecycle activities including enhancements, releases, testing, data migration, and production support.
AI Assisted Delivery & Productivity
Use AI copilots and GenAI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, configuration validation, documentation, testing, and defect resolution.
Apply AI assisted techniques to improve data consistency, identify anomalies, and optimize HR processes.
Leverage pre built AI capabilities within SAP and adjacent platforms (e.g., intelligent insights, automation, copilots) to enhance HR operations.
Integration & Data Enablement
Integrate Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems using standard integration patterns.
Collaborate with data, analytics, and payroll teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable employee data foundations.
Understand AI concepts such as automation, recommendations, and intelligent workflows at an applied level, without owning model design.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with HR, business, and IT stakeholders to align solutions with organizational objectives.
Communicate complex HR and system concepts clearly to non technical audiences.
Act as a bridge between HR domain teams and AI native specialists when advanced capabilities are required.
Quality, Governance & Adoption
Ensure compliance with enterprise SDLC, data privacy, security, and responsible AI guidelines.
Support change management, user enablement, and adoption through structured knowledge transfer.
Drive continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, and AI enabled accelerators.
Primary Skills (Must Have)
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and delivery expertise.
Strong understanding of core HR processes and data models.
Experience using AI assisted tools or copilots for delivery, analysis, or documentation.
Ability to align HR solutions with business outcomes and operational efficiency.
Secondary / Good to Have Skills
Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Time Management, Learning, People Analytics).
Experience with data migration, integrations, or HR analytics.
Familiarity with change management and enterprise HR transformation programs.
Working knowledge of automation or intelligent workflows in HR contexts.
What This Role Does Not Require
No training or fine tuning of AI/ML models.
No ownership of AI architectures or MLOps pipelines.
Focus is on integration, adoption, and productivity uplift, not AI research or engineering.
