Team Member - Engineering & Maintenance

•  Electrical & Mechanical Preventive Maintenance work order in IC1 & IP1 line, All Inspection Machines, Paste Preparation Area, Slitting & Clicking machine.
•  HSE Good catch points closing work in all machines. (Including Factory, Warehouse 1,2 & 3)
•  Firefighting Equipment's monthly checking & updating in HSE software (Including Factory, Warehouse 1,2 & 3)
•  Daily energy data recording and checking for variations.
•  PPE issue & recording in HSE software
•  Electrical spares inventory checking & updating in CMMS.
•  Production issues checking and closing in CPMS.
•  Suggestion points checking and closing.
•  Work permit system follow up with contractors for daily works.
•  Contractor PPE & Electrical equipment checking
•  Annual Maintenance co-ordination for Diesel Generators, Compressor, Chillers, RO Plant, STP Plant & Advance Water Filtration Plant.

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• 3 - 5 years of prior experience in industrial or factory maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge about PLC .
• Basic knowledge about working methods Hydraulics & Pneumatics cylinder valve operations.
