We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Chennai, India.



Job Purpose:



  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data
  • Lead and enhance the quality of the OTC processes conducted at the SSC Chennai
  • Coordinate and ensure the continuity of exceptional service delivery for all stakeholders

Your tasks:



  • Lead and develop the Finance Services OTC Team on site
  • Coordinate and execute a comprehensive range of OTC accounting activities in daily operations
  • Lead the implementation of central requirements for accounting, reporting and quality standards
  • Be SPOC for all OTC related questions for Tower Lead, OTC colleagues and Business Partners
  • Conduct and enhance internal controls procedures
  • Ensure KPI goals and targets are reached and safeguard operational quality
  • Analyze and improve work processes, developing optimization measures to enhance efficiency and improve standardization of processes in adherence to company policies
  • Report on team efficiency management to the Location Manager
  • Drive and participate in professional projects, including digitization and automation initiatives

Management Responsibility



  • Lead and manage the OTC Team on site (currently 8 FTE), ensuring high performance and professional development.

Your profile:



Education Level



Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting



  • Qualified experience in accounting, OTC Area, process management & optimization as well as customer service in an international setting
  • Hands-on mentality, placing importance on quality and reliability
  • Proficient in SAP S4/HANA and Oracle
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements

Experience Level



Minimum 5 years experiences
