In this pivotal role, you will drive the delivery of comprehensive, customized application development projects, focusing on advanced data processing and analytics technologies. You will lead cross-functional product teams to innovate, implement, and optimize IT solutions that accelerate digital transformation initiatives within Atlas Copco's Corporate Units. As a Team Leader, your mission is to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams, guiding the adoption of cutting-edge tools such as Power BI, Azure Data Bricks, Data Lake, Tableau, and ERP systems including SAP, SAP BW, and SAP BODS. You will ensure rigorous compliance with data governance policies such as GDPR and DPDP, while overseeing user management and support functions. Key Accountabilities: Lead full project lifecycles from initial planning, through execution, to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget constraints, and customer expectations. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Scrum Masters to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications, providing clear leadership throughout project phases. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical skills, communication abilities, and customer engagement effectiveness, fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce. To succeed, you will need Experience Requirement: Preferably 10+ years of experience in software development or data engineering, with proven success in similar team leadership roles. Strong people management and leadership skills, with experience in building, developing, and optimizing large teams in the specified competence area. Hands-on technical expertise in relevant technologies, including programming languages, database design, and Azure, supported by strong numerical and analytical skills. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; a master’s degree and relevant certifications are an advantage.
