Currently, we are bidding for Road projects across India. The position of Team Leader and Project Management Expert is the key position in these BIDs.

• Responsible for coordinating the PMC team, planning, scheduling, and managing the budget to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• To serve as the primary liaison with the Client, the World Bank team, other departments, and stakeholders, overseeing all technical and managerial aspects of the assignment.
• To coordinate communication, resolve conflicts, and provide regular progress reports.
• Guides and motivates the PMC team, reviews technical designs, and adapts construction methods to sitespecific conditions.

• Should be Postgraduate (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Road construction, or a related field from a recognized national / international institute.
• Should have Minimum of 20 years of professional experience with strong track record of managing large road infrastructure projects.
• Should have at least 10 years’ experience as Team Leader / Project Director / Project Manager in planning, design, and implementation of large-scale roads & highway infrastructure projects outside India.
• Should have International experience of at least 10 years in managing largescale road projects, including in climate-resilient roads and highways in hilly or challenging terrains.
• Should have prior experience as Team Leader/Project Director in World Bank, ADB, or other externally funded infrastructure projects.
