About this Role
We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead executive hiring operations for digital roles, partnering closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and subject matter experts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes, building future-ready digital talent pipelines, and ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience while supporting evolving business priorities.


What you will do
Lead and oversee executive hiring operations, ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment delivery.Partner with digital business stakeholders, HR Services, and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and priorities.Develop and maintain proactive recruitment plans aligned to future skills, capability, and headcount requirements.Build and sustain strong digital and technology talent pipelines to meet current and future demand.Contribute to employer branding initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.Monitor external digital talent markets and competitor landscapes, providing insights and guidance to stakeholders.Ensure an inclusive, fair, and positive end-to-end candidate experience across all hiring stages.Conduct competency-based interviews aligned to organisational frameworks.Produce monthly recruitment dashboards with analytics, insights, and trends.Support resourcing improvement and transformation initiatives as required.


Who you are
An experienced talent acquisition professional with strong stakeholder relationship capabilities.A clear and confident communicator with effective interpersonal skills.Operationally focused, with strong business and technical understanding of digital hiring.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrating resilience in a fast-changing environment.Motivated by implementing innovative, inclusive recruitment approaches that benefit both the business and candidates.Experienced in full-cycle digital recruitment, including roles such as analytics, UX/UI, SEO, PPC, CRM, CRO, social media, and digital design.Holding a bachelor’s degree; a background in computer science is advantageous but not essential.
