Systems Engineering Manager - Electrical Integration

What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

• Spearhead engineering handoff meeting
• Coordinates and orders electrical long lead items and possibly finds alternates
• Reviews customer spec to verify electrical conformity
• Leads design review meeting with engineering team to communicate scope of project
• Communicates with customer on project specifics for engineering design
• Relays information to engineering team continually through customer collaboration process
• Externally accountable for design schedule and customer approval
• Reviews and approves final electrical design to meet customer requirements
• Coaching and mentoring other designers to elevate team knowledge

You have:

• Academic background in Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Previous experience in or with 14+ years of related engineering experience
• Skills
  • Ability to understand customer requirement
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization  
• Design - Translates concepts and information into images, uses feedback to modify designs, Applies Trachte design principles.
• Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities, contributes to building a positive team spirit, able to build morale and group commitments to objectives, supports Trachte’s efforts to succeed.
• Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
