Position: Survey Manager Location: Karnataka Experience: 5+ Years Qualification: BE (Civil) / Graduate in Geo Informatics J ob Summary We are looking for an experienced Survey Manager to handle GIS mapping, land survey activities, spatial data analysis, and field coordination for Master Plan / Infrastructure / Urban Development projects.
Candidate should have strong knowledge in survey operations, geo informatics, and data management.
Kannadiga candidates preferred with good communication skills in Kannada and English.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end survey activities for planning and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate field survey teams and ensure accurate data collection.
Handle GIS mapping, spatial analysis, and geo-referenced data preparation.
Work with satellite imagery, survey instruments, and mapping tools.
Validate survey data and prepare technical reports.
Coordinate with government departments, planning authorities, and stakeholders.
Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met.
Support Master Plan preparation and land information management activities.
Required Skills Strong knowledge of GIS Mapping and Geo Informatics.
Experience in survey analysis and spatial data handling.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS, GPS, Total Station tools.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage field teams and project coordination.
Kannada speaking ability is preferred.
Preferred Experience Involved in GIS mapping / analysis for at least one Master Plan project in the last 5 years.
Experience in urban planning, infrastructure, or government projects is an added advantage.
