Roles and Responsibilities:
This is an opportunity to join the Supply Chain Analytics organization of HP Inc and responsible for enabling the digital transformation programs. This team leads various initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics through simulation, AI/ML modelling, optimization techniques & predictive analytics working closely across business units, regions, functions and vendors.

Skills Requirement:
Proven expertise in transforming/contributing towards the end to end value chain in a complex environment with tangible business outcomes.
Ability to orchestrate/design analytics solutions, simulation, modelling to address business problems across supply chain functions.
Exposure to hands on advanced analytics/optimisation techniques and experience in analytics tools like R, Python will be an added advantage.
Ability to work with big data set and drive business process performance improvement initiatives.
Experience in SAP IBP/planning and Ariba/supplier management solutions.
Solid skills on visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau would be preferable.
Strong business acumen, a high degree of ownership and integrity, and a high attention to detail.
Academics and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations / Operations Research / Computer Science / Statistics / Mathematics. B.sc or M.Sc in Data Science or Analytics. MBA in Supply Chain Management.
Minimum three years of work experience in Supply Chain Management/ Operations planning function in Hi Tech or related industry with significant hands-on experience in multitasking/ cross functional environment.
