The Supply Chain Analyst uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes. This role is responsible for analyzing performance, identifying issues, and developing data-driven recommendations to improve overall supply chain efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness. The analyst supports decision-making by delivering accurate insights and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities - Provide analytical support across one or more supply chain functional areas (materials planning, logistics, inventory, etc.).
- Utilize standard processes, tools, and information systems to enable effective supply chain analysis.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all analytics, reports, and dashboards.
- Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop actionable insights and support implementation of corrective action plans.
- Participate in Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Leverage business systems to create scalable, repeatable analytics and reporting solutions.
- Support materials planning processes, including supply-demand balancing and exception management.
- Monitor procurement signals, expedite orders where required, and ensure alignment with supply plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth material flow and issue resolution.
- Apply Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles to optimize material flow and inventory management.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve planning and operational issues.
- Develop inventory optimization strategies aligned with business and enterprise goals.
- Use advanced tools (e.g., Kinaxis, BI dashboards) for planning, reporting, and decision-making.
- Track and manage supply chain KPIs, balancing trade-offs to achieve optimal performance outcomes.

Experience- 4–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, analytics, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis or similar advanced planning tools is required.
- Experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Proven experience in order processing, monitoring, and supply plan execution.
- Familiarity with NPI/VPI processes.
- Experience in metrics analysis, reporting, and tools such as GOMS and aftermarket material planning is preferred.
Additional Internal Role Requirements- This role supports the US time zone and requires working in Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST).
- Night shift allowance and transportation (pickup and drop within PMC & PCMC limits) are provided.
Qualifications:
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).
- May require compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
