Looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to drive architecture, scalability, and technical direction for SFCC-based eCommerce platforms.
This role goes beyond hands-on development and focuses on solutioning, design ownership, and mentoring .

ly/MinderaHandbook Our offices are located: Aveiro, Portugal | Porto, Portugal | Leicester, UK | San Diego, USA | San Francisco, USA | Chennai, India | Bengaluru, India What you’ll do Own and define frontend architecture for SFCC (SFRA) implementations Drive scalable, high-performance storefront solutions Partner with backend, product, and stakeholders on solution design & estimations Lead technical decisions, code quality, and best practices Mentor engineers and guide teams on frontend standards Handle complex integrations and performance optimization What we’re looking for Strong expertise in SFCC (SFRA) architecture Proven experience in frontend system design & scalability Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend ecosystem Experience working on large-scale eCommerce platforms Ability to drive technical discussions with stakeholders Prior experience in mentoring / leading engineers
