Job Title: SailPoint ISC Developer

Location: Bangalore
Work Shift: UK & US Shift
Experience: 5–10 Years (Minimum 3+ Years in SailPoint ISC)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled SailPoint ISC Developer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), working across provisioning, governance, integrations, and access lifecycle management in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint ISC
• Configure and manage core modules such as Provisioning, Access Certification, Role Management, and Policy Enforcement
• Develop and customize connectors, workflows, rules, forms, and integrations
• Build and manage REST API integrations with enterprise applications
• Develop BeanShell/Java-based rules and workflows as per business requirements
• Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching of SailPoint solutions
• Support identity lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) and access governance activities
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and solution artifacts

Key Skills & Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow)
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts – provisioning, access governance, RBAC, lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Workflow & rule development
  • Connector configuration and application onboarding
  • Certification campaigns, access requests, and policies
• Experience in REST API integrations and custom development
• Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server or similar
• Proficiency in scripting/coding (Java, BeanShell, XML, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience in application maintenance and development support

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to make technical decisions and troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in technical documentation and presentations

Good to Have

• Exposure to SailPoint IIQ or other IAM tools (CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD)
• Experience in enterprise IAM transformations or migrations
• Understanding of compliance, audit, and security best practices
