About the TeamThe
Grow Attach team sits within
Post Booking Experiences at Expedia Group. Our mission is to help travelers complete their trips — and unlock meaningful growth for EG — by surfacing the right "next thing to book" (a car, a stay, things to do, ground transportation) at the right moment across every post-booking surface: Confirmation, Trips, Home, in-path, email, and push.
Attach is one of the highest-leverage growth levers in post-booking, and we're at an inflection point. The Trips experience is undergoing a major redesign into a contextual, state-aware hub, and the AI-powered experiences we are building are changing how travelers engage with their bookings. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to be the single-threaded owner of
Attach on Trips — ensuring that as Trips is reimagined, Attach shows up intelligently, contextually, and effectively in every new surface. This is a highly cross-functional role with immediate visibility and measurable impact.
In this role, you will:- Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Attach on Trip Management surfaces — including the redesigned Trip Summary and Trip Details experiences — using data, experimentation, and traveler insights to drive prioritization and measurable outcomes (attach rate, recommendation CVR, CTR), while protecting guardrail metrics like DUET, TSSR, and call propensity.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Attach experiences embedded inside Trip Management — from discovery and requirements through delivery, A/B testing, launch, and post-launch optimization — coordinating across Attach, Trip Management, Personalization/NBA, and Agentic AI teams.
- Translate ambiguous intersections between two roadmaps (Grow Attach and Trip Management) into clear, data-informed product requirements and success metrics, partnering with engineering, design, data science, and XD to deliver scalable, resilient solutions that work across web and native.
- Lead cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution by clearly communicating priorities, trade-offs, and timelines across multiple partner teams, and by managing dependencies across services, domains, and parallel workstreams (Contextual Trip Summary MLP, Post-Booking Property Expert, Attach as a Platform rollout).
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis — including A/B experimentation, funnel analysis, and traveler research — to evaluate how Attach modules (NBA CTAs, recommendation carousels, savings banners) perform in new contextual surfaces, and continuously improve customer experience and business impact.
- Demonstrate familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, and workflows and apply AI/ML concepts to real product surfaces — specifically shaping how Attach should (and shouldn't) show up inside agentic experiences like the Post-Booking Property Expert, and partnering on NBA and LLM-powered recommendation strategy so AI-enabled capabilities safely improve traveler and business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience in product management or a closely related discipline.
- Relevant product management experience driving outcomes for digital or technology products at scale, including owning roadmap, requirements, and delivery for a product, service, or key capability.
- Demonstrated ability to define and measure product success through data, experimentation, and customer insights, with hands-on experience using metrics to guide decisions and trade-offs.
- Proven experience working with engineering and other partners in an agile or iterative development environment to ship features or services end-to-end, including system/API considerations and operational readiness.
- Experience working within or across a multi-service or multi-team environment, managing dependencies and aligning stakeholders toward shared product goals — ideally where your roadmap is tightly coupled to a partner team's host surface.
Preferred Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience taking products from concept to scaled adoption, including product discovery, validation, launch strategy, and ongoing optimization in a complex or matrixed organization.
- Experience shipping merchandising, cross-sell, attach, or recommendation experiences in travel, marketplaces, or high-volume consumer e-commerce — especially on post-booking, account, or trip-management surfaces.
- Experience leading product strategy and execution for platforms, services, or ecosystems that operate at scale, including managing technical trade-offs, performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability (e.g., adopting platform components as the canonical UI across multiple host surfaces).
- Track record of using advanced analytics, experimentation, and data instrumentation to drive product decisions, optimize customer journeys, and inform portfolio or roadmap investments.
- Experience shaping product direction where AI/ML-enabled capabilities are part of the solution, including safely integrating AI-driven tools, workflows, or agentic experiences (e.g., LLM-powered assistants) in collaboration with engineering and data partners — with a strong point of view on user trust and guardrails.
- Exposure to AI/ML productization patterns such as ranking, recommendation, personalization, next-best-action, or decision-support systems, and the ability to translate these concepts into practical product opportunities and requirements.
