The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of proven experience in PAN India hiring of gig workers and blue-collar workers, managing approximately 2,000+ hires per month, along with an MBA qualification.

2. Workforce planning and demand forecasting
3. Vendor management and coordination
4. Ensuring TAT adherence and quality of hires
5. Process optimization and recruitment operations management
6. Managing a team of 30–35 recruiters
7. Driving performance, productivity, and hiring targets
8. Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly recruitment metrics
