As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing user-facing applications using modern frontend technologies.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and fellow developers to deliver responsive, accessible, and maintainable web solutions.
In addition to hands-on development, you will contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and continuously improve frontend performance, code quality, and development processes.
Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend architectures for modern web applications.
Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies.
Build reusable UI components and maintain clean, modular, and well-structured codebases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, performance optimization, security, and frontend best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective, scalable solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical planning for new features and enhancements.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers by providing technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback.
Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, driving continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Ensure high-quality software delivery through testing, debugging, and adherence to modern development practices.
What Makes You a Great Fit Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript development.
Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, and scalable application design.
Experience building responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend development workflows.
Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux and modern frontend frameworks like Next.
js is an advantage.
Exposure to Microfrontend architecture and modular application development is a plus.
Experience with code reviews, performance optimization, debugging, and frontend security best practices.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
