Sr. Civil Engineer

The project:

This is a commercial project in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Provide informal guidance and support to junior team members.
• Manage diaries and meeting schedules for Project Directors and Managers, ensuring smooth coordination with the Office Manager.
• Establish and maintain project office systems, including IT setup, filing structures, and communication channels.
• Oversee project documentation processes in line with the Mace Way, including correspondence, archiving, and client handover records.
• Deliver efficient administrative support, from training records and petty cash reconciliation to supplier orders and project directories.
• Facilitate collaboration by coordinating site visits, managing meeting spaces, and supporting the team’s net zero carbon transition goals.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the relevant field.
