About the role

Senior OTC Analyst is responsible to manage complex level of billing data analysis and customer reporting, performing high level of billing controls, delivering customer facing activities, supporting revenue assurance within programs. Working closing with OTC Managers and Customer engagements.



Transform the order-to-cash experience for our customers by ensuring accurate invoicing and exceptional support that drives both satisfaction and revenue assurance.
• In liaison with internal and external partners, you will oversee main OTC activities of varying complexity, adhering to documented procedures.
• During daily operations, you will manage ordering capabilities, ensuring customers can place service requests efficiently.
• Maintain accuracy in commercial inventory management and invoicing, guaranteeing that invoices are produced on time.
• Handle cash collection processes to ensure timely payments of invoices and address customer claims professionally.
• Offer ongoing support to customers, enabling them to place orders and manage their bills effectively.
• Keep the catalog of processes and tools up-to-date to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement corrective and improvement actions to ensure revenue assurance in the OTC process.
• In the implementation phase, you will assist in setting up both transitory and target solutions as required.
• Manage daily functions related to billing preparation, including tools evolution, re-rating, and reporting.
• Develop end-to-end workflow processes from ordering to billing while adapting processes as necessary.
• Provide accurate data and meet deadlines, keeping open lines of communication with internal stakeholders.
• Produce and publish reports that align with business requirements and monitor internal KPIs related to OTC activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts as defined by the OTC Director, reporting on contractual SLAs.
• Create user guides and maintain procedure documentation to support knowledge management.
• Foster solid interlocks with key stakeholders to ensure stakeholder management is maintained.
• Ensure strict adherence to defined processes, suggesting enhancements proactively for continuous improvement.



About you

You are a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in telecom billing activities, possessing a University Degree in business, commerce, or science. With 8-9 years of relevant experience, you are skilled in MS Excel and have a basic knowledge of MS Access. Your proactive approach allows you to work autonomously while engaging effectively with stakeholders. Fluent in English, with French as a plus, your excellent communication skills empower you to thrive in a virtual team environment.

• Possessing expertise in MS Excel allows you to analyze data effectively and present insights clearly.
• An understanding of MS Access provides you with the capability to work with databases relevant to the telecom billing activities.
• Your grasp of billing processes in the telecom domain enables you to manage invoicing and revenue assurance.

• Your prowess in engaging with internal staff and customers fosters collaborative working relationships.
