As a Specialist, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to client engagements across the regions and types of projects, such as consulting services, test & learn, value story and impact analysis, or building scalable advanced analytics solutions for Loyalty Product clients.

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate or master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in a data-driven consulting/analytics organization
• Expertise on one or more of SQL, Python, Big data / Hadoop (Pyspark / ScalaSpark / SparkR), HQL, Hive, R
• Expertise on one or more data visualisation tools like PowerBI and Tableau
• Experience with campaign insights, A/B testing, data-driven product development, machine learning models for segmentation, forecasting, regression etc preferred
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous client challenges
• Exposure specifically in payments / retail banking / eCommerce / BFSI merchants / Loyalty / Marketing preferred
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s)
• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with colleagues and clients
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics skills
