Job Description

Responsibilities : Support the design and delivery of end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) architecture solutions by collaborating with senior architects and cross-functional teams. Participate in client discussions to understand supply chain challenges and assist in translating them into actionable technology and process recommendations. Contribute to the development of future-state process flows and solution documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. Assist in organizing and facilitating large-scale workshops, helping capture inputs, document outcomes, and ensure stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams. Analyze current-state supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and support the development of innovative, industry-aligned solutions. Prepare materials and contribute to executive-level playback sessions, helping communicate solution value and transition plans to delivery teams. Build domain knowledge and technical expertise by supporting multiple engagements and learning from senior subject matter experts. Contribute to the creation and enhancement of reusable assets, templates, and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency. Participate in thought leadership and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the SCM practice, including internal forums and learning sessions. Support relationship-building efforts with clients by demonstrating reliability, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivery excellence. Collaborate with business development teams by contributing to proposal development, solutioning inputs, and client presentations. Seek mentorship and actively participate in development programs to grow into a future solutioning leader within the architecture team
