Software QA Engineer 2

Define the overall testing approach 
Prepare detailed test plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Create comprehensive test cases covering clinical, administrative, and financial modules.
Oversee execution of functional, integration, and regression tests.
Track defects  and ensure timely resolution.
Act as a liaison between QA team, developers, business analysts.
Communicate test progress, risks, and issues effectively.
Identify modules suitable for automation (e.g., repetitive workflows).
Guide automation engineers on framework and script development.
Validate HIS system performance under peak loads (e.g., OPD rush hours).
Ensure system reliability for critical operations like emergency admissions.
Prepare daily/weekly test status reports.
Track KPIs like defect density, test coverage, and execution progress.
