Your Role

• Overall Project responsibility - owning the Project backlog, budget & quality
• Responsible for the engineering customer communication for the assigned project.
• Work with stakeholders, customers, others to understand needs, split Capabilities to define and prioritize Features.
• Approve (on single authority) features as done at the customer project/project review. This includes validation that the Feature meets acceptance criteria according to the Definition of Done and has the appropriate, persistent acceptance tests.
• Collaborate with Platform and Project Architects to define both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work with release management to define customer releases and solution increments.
• Work with Platform Architects/Engineering and Project Architects to understand and prioritize architectural work on a platform level.
• Assess metrics, including evaluation of business value achieved versus plan.
• Participate in the Pre- and Post-Program Increment (PI) Planning to define the inputs, milestones, and high-level objectives.
• Demonstrate contributions at the Project review.
• Work with Suppliers, making sure the requirements for supplier-delivered features are understood and assisting with the conceptual integration of these concerns.
• Owns total project quality.
• Aligns with platform owners on PI customer objectives.

Your Background

• Project Management skills, especially in areas of estimations, planning, clarifying goals & actions, managing backlog
• Knowledge of agile methodologies & keen interest in staying up to date with the trends in this dynamic field
• Ability communicate effectively and convey complex concepts into simplified language
• Skillful and exhibiting willingness to anticipate customer’s needs
• Sufficient business acumen to identify the financial impact of decisions taken together with all relevant business administration dependencies
• Ability to give developmental feedback
• Skillful in applying coaching techniques in business environment
• Knowledgeable of and motivated by the concept of servant leadership
• Ability to work in complex, matrix organizations for the benefit of the team
• Courage to conduct critical conversations
• Skillful in conflict resolution

Qualification:  BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech in Computers/Electronics and Communication/Information Technology
