**Job Title:** Software Engineering Team Manager **Job Summary:** This Manager will supervise the work of an operational software development team, allocating daily tasks and providing immediate support to ensure projects stay on track. They address coding or system issues as they arise, provide real-time feedback, and monitor the onboarding and skill development of new team members. The role is directly responsible for maintaining standards of quality and consistency within clearly defined processes, ensuring that work meets the functional expectations of the organization. Managers here support the well-being and performance of the team by troubleshooting obstacles, clarifying requirements, and reporting escalated problems to higher management. They will lead a team delivering web portals and exam delivery software using .Net, Angular, and Azure.
