We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Software Development Engineer (Full Stack) – with extensive experience in designing, architecting, and deploying enterprise-grade web applications and AI-integrated systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with a strong background in cloud-native development, scalable microservices, data-driven design, and modern UI frameworks.

As a Engineer, you will play a strategic role in shaping solution architecture, guiding development teams, and integrating AI and automation capabilities into business applications. You will work closely with product, AI, and DevOps teams to build resilient, secure, and intelligent digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Architect and build microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs using modern backend frameworks.
• Develop responsive, interactive front-end applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Integrate AI and data services into enterprise systems using APIs, SDKs, or RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, Product, and DevOps teams to design cloud-native solutions and automation pipelines.
• Define best practices for code quality, CI/CD, testing, and deployment using modern DevOps tools.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Lead technical reviews, mentoring, and training for junior engineers across frontend, backend, and DevOps stacks.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging frameworks, architectural patterns, and cloud technologies to enhance product scalability and efficiency.
• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to enterprise technology roadmaps and modernization initiatives. Contribute to AI capability roadmaps, innovation strategies, and organization-wide AI enablement initiatives.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Systems, or Data Engineering will be an added advantage.
• Alumni of IIT / NIT / IIIT or other Tier-1 universities will be preferred.

Experience:

• 10- 14 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• At least 6- 8 years of hands-on experience with enterprise-grade architecture, microservices, and cloud deployments.
• Proven record of leading full-stack teams and delivering high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments involving AI/ML, Cloud, and DevOps integration.

Skillset:

Core Development Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies- React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in backend frameworks- Node.js, Python (Fast API, Flask, Django), Java (Spring Boot), or Go.
• Skilled in RESTful API and GraphQL development and integration.
• Experience with event-driven and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) with strong query optimization and data modeling skills.
• Working knowledge of message queues and streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SNS/SQS).
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and integration of AI APIs or LLM-based services.

Cloud, DevOps & Security Skills:

• Hands-on experience in cloud platforms- AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong command of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Understanding of security best practices, including OAuth2.0, JWT, encryption, and OWASP standards.

Analytical, Leadership & Collaboration Skills:

• Strong architectural and analytical thinking with the ability to design and review complex systems.
• Excellent collaboration skills- able to partner effectively with AI, Product, and Business teams.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers, set coding standards, and drive software craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and problem- solving abilities, with a focus on delivery excellence and innovation.
