We are looking for Software Developer- Train IT You’ll make a difference by Develop, test, and maintain high quality software applications. Participate in code reviews and agile development processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Continuously improve code quality and performance. Desired Skills: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of core software development experience. Strong proficiency in go (Golang) development with experience building performance-critical systems software. Experience with modern authentication frameworks such as OAuth2.0 and tokenization are great plus Solid understanding of IT security principles and practices. Familiarity with docker/podman for containerization. Familiarity with protocols and mechanisms for certificate usage in IT environments. Proficient in Linux systems and networking (Ethernet, Routing, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Familiarity with application deployment on Wi-Fi or LTE network is a plug Experience with agile software development methodologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Working knowledge of transportation domain and train IT subsystems with associated protocols will be a great plus. Familiarity with databases like Postgress and SQLite etc. Fluent in English; German is a plus. Work Environment: Hybrid work model available after an initial 6 months’ probation period. International project exposure Collaboration with global teams. Travel may be required (15-20%) depending upon requirement. Join us and be yourself!
