• BI Publisher: Design and develop Oracle HCM BI Publisher reports, focusing on data models and interactive templates.

  
  

• Dashboards & OTBI: Build interactive dashboards and OTBI reports to deliver real-time HR metrics.

  
  

• Requirements Translation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements.

  
  

• Quality Assurance: Unit test, debug, and optimise reports for accuracy and performance.

  
  

• Oracle HCM Reporting: Hands-on experience writing and deploying BI Publisher reports and OTBI analytics.

  
  

• Advanced SQL: Strong SQL knowledge for complex data extraction and manipulation.

  
  

• HR Data Knowledge: A solid understanding of human resources data structures within Oracle HCM.

  
  

• Communication: You must be able to communicate clearly via Google Meet and Chat with various stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide concise daily stand-up updates.
