Job Title: Social Media Specialist Overview We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to develop and execute impactful social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies through research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification Ideate and create innovative social media concepts aligned with client objectives Create, edit, publish, and manage daily content (text, images, and video) to drive engagement and community growth Set up, manage, and optimize company profiles across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility Monitor and moderate user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines Plan and maintain editorial calendars and content distribution schedules Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics; continuously optimize based on insights and best practices Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and industry developments Contribute to refining and improving internal social media processes and workflows Requirements 3–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist (agency experience preferred) Strong client management skills with a positive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and consulting skills Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance tracking Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms Solid understanding of digital marketing and major online marketing channels Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
