The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, content planning, audience engagement, and campaign execution.
This role requires someone who understands social trends, can create engaging content strategies, and is passionate about building online communities that drive brand visibility and business growth.
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, creating compelling content, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms with regular and engaging content.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media posts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Develop and execute Social Media Marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, design, content, and sales to ensure consistent brand communication.
Create captions, hashtags, short-form content, and campaign ideas tailored for different platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain positive customer interactions across social channels.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
Assist in running paid social media campaigns and promotional activities to improve reach and engagement.
Support influencer collaborations, online campaigns, contests, and brand partnerships.
Ensure timely updates of social media calendars and campaign schedules.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, content trends, and best practices in social media.
Required Skills Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing concepts and digital engagement strategies.
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
