Meet the Team

The Cisco IT team is dedicated to empowering Cisco’s business units by managing and optimizing critical developer tools, platforms, and production environments. Our Developer Tools team ensures seamless development and deployment processes, enabling business teams to deliver key outcomes without disruption. The Service Management team vigilantly monitors production systems, maintaining high availability and responsiveness for service requirements.

We also manage Cisco’s premium Asset Management services, providing customers with vital insights into hardware and software lifecycle data. This intelligence supports operational expenditure decisions and network reliability, while driving Cisco’s renewal business through accurate install base reporting.

Our Install Base Operations team delivers a globally consistent and scalable entitlement renewal process, focusing on accuracy and timely lifecycle management. By automating workflows and leveraging data science and AI/ML capabilities, we streamline renewal readiness and enable renewal managers to concentrate on strategic customer engagement.

Your Impact

• Develop skills to design, write, and build tools that enhance the reliability, availability, and scalability of critical systems and services.
• Gain expertise in automating deployments, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing products and services within network platforms and environments.
• Learn to maintain engineering environments that support automated testing of actively used code, adhering to the principle of zero downtime.
• Understand how to bridge development and operations by applying a software engineering mindset to system administration, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Embrace SRE principles such as risk management, automation, monitoring, and elimination of manual toil to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Acquire knowledge of change management procedures and deployment processes to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.
• Build capabilities in incident response, service-level objectives (SLOs), and performance monitoring to maintain high service reliability.
• Experience working with AI-driven network orchestration tools like Catalyst Center that align with SRE practices to simplify IT operations and enhance agility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree’s in (BCA,B.Tech,BE) or related field.
• You must have graduated in 2025/2026 and should have Provisional Degree Certificate.
• Must be available for a period of 12 months starting Sept 2026
• Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
• Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, "Can do" attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
• Must have enrolled as a "student" on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.
