An Ideal Candidate:

You manage the day‑to‑day operations of the merchandising and BA program, ensuring smooth execution across all activities. You coordinate with the merchandising agency for feature development, data reporting, and overall hygiene, while driving dashboard‑based analysis and partnering with field teams to close gaps and improve SOS and OSA performance. You oversee the training and productivity of both BA and merchandising teams, and you manage the timely processing of POs, GRNs, and payouts for merchandising, BA, and retail operations. Additionally, you work closely with field teams to gather accurate store information, conduct hygiene checks, and coordinate with the agency to ensure timely completion of KYCs and payouts, enabling seamless program execution and operational efficiency.

Key Competencies:

Managing day to day operations of merchandising and BA program

Coordinating with merchandising agency for feature development/ data reporting and hygiene

Merchandising dashboard analysis and coordination with field teams to correct the gaps and drive SOS, OSA

Training & productivity of BA and merchandising teams

Managing timely PO, and GRN process for Merchandising, BA, and retail payouts

Coordination with field team in getting the store details in a timely manner, doing hygiene check and coordination with agency for timely completion of KYCs and payouts.
