What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, batch records, Current Good Manufacturing Practices, and plant protocols.

  
  
  

• Lead investigations into equipment failures, implement corrective and preventive actions, and maintain clear communication to prevent reoccurrence.

  
  
  

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• Graduate/Post graduate with 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/operations or a related field.

  
  
  

• Min 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations regulated by agencies like the US-FDA, MHRA, TGA, etc.

  
  
  

• Strong people management experience, preferably with 2+ years of team management experience.

  
  
  

• Strong Quality and compliance understanding.

  
  
  

• Proven record of problem-solving and decision-making skills

  
  
  

• Demonstrated application of process improvement tools

  
  
  

• Effective written and oral communication skills

  
  
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
