Imagine leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge Asset Management capabilities within ServiceNow. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and process owners, ensuring that our asset management processes are not only efficient but also aligned with industry best practices. How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure the CMDB supports business and IT service management processes.
• Implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the CMDB.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow CMDB and other enterprise systems to automate data population.
• Drive the adoption of the CSDM framework by providing training and support to stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the CMDB to meet organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met and provide accurate reporting for audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to implement enhancements.

What You Bring

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing CSDM/CMDB frameworks.
• Proven track record in IT asset management processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with self-motivation.
