Introduction

The Digital Integration Engineer takes ownership of ambiguous tasks and skillfully navigates group dynamics, fostering strong collaboration and acting as a technical mentor. In this role, you will lead small to medium (S/M) initiatives, effectively prioritize with stakeholders, and maintain a "bigger picture" view of how various components align with the overall strategic goals. You will leverage extensive experience to design, develop, and implement complex, end-to-end integrations primarily leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities (e.g., IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs) with various external enterprise systems.

The Opportunity:

• Drive ownership of ambiguous tasks and "grey zone" topics, successfully leading small to medium (S/M) initiatives at the project, squad, or product level.

  
  

• Engineer end-to-end integrations by leveraging ServiceNow capabilities including IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs with external systems.

  
  

• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing by navigating group dynamics in diversified settings and acting as a technical mentor for the team.

  
  

• Lead feasibility studies and technical evaluations to ensure all integration solutions are scalable, reliable, and performant.

  
  

• Manage stakeholders effectively by prioritizing demands and maintaining a "bigger picture" view of how components fit the overall product strategy.

  
  

• Influence platform governance through enterprise-level technical decision-making and the formulation of global integration strategies.

  
  

• Champion technical excellence by sharing knowledge at internal events such as DevOps Days, Tech Talks, and Tech Live sessions.

  
  

• Ensure documentation integrity by developing comprehensive data maps, API specifications, and ServiceNow Update Set best practices.

  
  

Who you are:

• Proven Integrator: You have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow integrations and complex platform solutions.

  
  

• Educated & Experienced: You are educated to a degree level in a relevant field and bring a strong track record of driving technical initiatives.

  
  

• ServiceNow Specialist: You possess deep expertise in ServiceNow technical architecture and multiple modules, including ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.

  
  

• Technical Leader: You are a recognized mentor capable of aligning development plans with global strategies and fostering a collaborative team environment.

  
  

• Strategic Thinker: You possess the ability to challenge the status quo and navigate complex group dynamics to achieve engineering quality.

  
  

• Integration Expert: You have deep proficiency in IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and scripted integrations, with a focus on security and performance.
