We are looking for job title : Service Architect for network services You’ll create impact by Leading end-to-end network service definition and design aligned to interpersonal strategy, ITIL frameworks, and operational needs. Detailing existing network services, processes, and interfaces to enable standardisation and continuous improvement. Defining and driving the roadmap for future network services, including automation and AI-enabled capabilities. Managing sophisticated dependencies between network services, applications, and IT services to ensure operational stability. Establishing and enforcing architectural governance covering scalability, reliability, Zero Trust security, and maintainability. Driving API-first service integration and automation initiatives, including the use of AIOps. Collaborating closely with engineers, operations teams, and service owners to gather requirements and ensure adoption. Improving MTTR, service quality, and overall security posture across enterprise network services. You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including Relevant Experience is 5+ years of experience in IT architecture or senior technical roles with solid focus on service design and delivery. Demonstrable experience managing IT services in large, sophisticated enterprise environments. Experience with cloud-based service management platforms and their architectural implications. Hands-on experience managing data and databases. Exposure to AI tools used for automation (helpful). Solid understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and SecOps across the IT service lifecycle. Expertise in designing and implementing Zero Trust security architecture. In-depth experience with Cisco SDN solutions such as ACI, DNA Center, and Meraki. Experience with API-first design principles and AIOps for service integration and automation. Ability to align service architecture with broader IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with TOGAF and solid understanding of ITIL. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB. Understanding of major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. A structured, service-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate and influence multi-functional teams. Join us and be yourself!
