Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Science) Experience & Skill Set: 5–8 years of industry experience in Software Development / Testing / Quality Engineering Strong experience in integration, system, and end-to-end testing within complex systems Hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and scripting Experience in defect management and end-to-end test lifecycle execution Exposure to test environment setup, system configuration, and stability management Agile/Scrum development experience is good to have Healthcare domain knowledge will be an asset Knowledge / Competencies Mandatory: Strong understanding of testing methodologies across integration, system, and end-to-end levels Experience in test automation frameworks and scripting Ability to define test scope from requirements and ensure adequate coverage Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience in test planning, test description updates, and end-to-end execution Understanding of system setup, virtual environments, and test environment stability Preferred : Exposure to advanced automation tools and frameworks Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps / TFS or similar) Interpersonal Skills / Other Capabilities: Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Development, System Engineering, System Test etc.) Ability to drive testing activities independently Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset Job Profile: Own and drive integration testing activities to ensure seamless interaction between system components and high-quality delivery Define integration test scope, create test plans, and maintain test descriptions aligned to requirements Experience in C# programming is mandatory Good knowledge in API based testing and Test design techniques Manage defect lifecycle by identifying, tracking, and ensuring timely closure of integration issues Review and strengthen automation frameworks and actively contribute to automation initiatives to improve test efficiency and coverage Ensure stable test environments, execute regular integration test cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies Key Outcomes: Improved product quality and reduced defect leakage Increased test coverage and automation efficiency Stable and reliable test environments Better alignment across teams for quality delivery
