• Lead the architecture and development of enterprise-scale data platforms using Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-native services (GCP/AWS)
• Design and implement data governance, compliance (GDPR), and data risk frameworks
• Build and enhance GenAI solutions, including:
  • RAG / Knowledge-augmented RAG (KRAG)
  • Agentic AI systems using modern frameworks (e.g., MCP, ADK)
  • Conversational BI and semantic layers
• Architect API-first systems with well-defined OpenAPI specifications
  • Develop interactive and batch data processing systems using Spark,Presto, and distributed frameworks

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM fields. Advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years full lifecycle product development and engineering leadership in highly available, highly scalable, high throughput systems
• Strong experience in Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase
• Hands-on expertise in Java and Python
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms: GCP (BigQuery, Dataproc, Dataplex, GCS, Composer), AWS
• Experience with distributed systems and data processing frameworks
• Proficiency in API design and RESTful services (OpenAPI 3.0)
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI architectures
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Exposure to semantic modeling tools (LookML / Looker) is a plus
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and compliance (GDPR, data localization)
• Experience implementing fine-grained access control mechanisms
• Proven experience in solution architecture and system design
• Strong leadership experience 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
