To make this transition, senior software engineers need to power our business end to end, from building new infrastructure and services through to customer facing web and native mobile applications.


We are hiring passionate & skilled back-end software engineers with experience in .NET/Java/Python programming language to join our technology team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications. The ideal candidate has experience building products APIs and integrating with databases, and other APIs.


Qualification


Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, information systems or a numerate degree. Candidate must possess 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs to support mobile/desktop clients.


  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver business solutions.


  • Develop unit/integration/automated tests to ensure business requirements are met.


  • Collaborate with Front-end engineers and other stakeholders within engineering (Frontend, UX, etc.) to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment.


  • Advocate for improvements to APIs quality, security, and performance in Cloud.


  • Write code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and guidelines for a high-scale web environment.


  • Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to guidelines and pursuing continued learning opportunities.


Qualification


  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, engineering, information systems or a numerate degree. Candidate must possess 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.


Requirements


  • Over 8 years of professional experience in software development, specializing in Python, Java, or .NET, with robust database expertise and practical proficiency with ORM frameworks.


  • Shown ability to design scalable serverless and microservices architectures leveraging modern design patterns.


  • Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure


  • Skilled in designing and integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs.


  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, encompassing CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and logging.


  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities, adept at addressing sophisticated scenarios efficiently.


  • Shown grounding in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.


  • Active participation in all phases of agile software development, such as design, implementation, and deployment.


  • Shown leadership capabilities in guiding teams and mentoring junior developers.


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
